Role: Sr Data Engineer

Project Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst in Digital Analytics to align product strategy with business goals, create product roadmaps, and act as the voice of the customer. The role involves developing analytic deliverables, such as performance reporting, marketing analytics, and customer insights, and performing strategic ad hoc analyses to support business strategy and decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will model residual values, auction prices, and market drivers to support Business and Sales Planning Analytics (BSPA) and Used Vehicle Analytics, optimize remarketing vehicle distribution, and apply advanced analytical tools. The position also requires developing dashboards and reporting using ETL and Data Visualization tools like Alteryx and Qlik Sense, with a strong knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.
Skill:
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in product management, data analytics, and visualization. They should be proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Python, and cloud platforms like GCP, with experience in querying, manipulating, and visualizing data. The role requires expertise in business and customer analytics, ETL processes, and developing Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR). Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using RESTful APIs, JSON, and MS Graph API for data integration is also required.
EXP:
With 10+ years of experience in Data and Product Management, Candidate should have a strong foundation in analytics with over 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in advanced modeling techniques like machine learning and statistical methods. 3+ years of ETL development experience using Alteryx, where employed advanced techniques, and 3+ years of expertise in data visualization with tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Tableau. My background includes 5+ years in digital analytics, particularly in eCommerce and transactional data, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing. Proficient in tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and extensive project management experience, including familiarity with agile methodologies. Experience in the auto industry is a plus.
