About Our Client: Addison Group is seeking a skilled Bank Teller for our client, a well-established financial institution.

Job Description: The Bank Teller will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records at our client’s branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain and balance teller cash drawer.
• Provide customer support in the lobby and drive-thru.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Maintain effective communication with customers in person and over the phone.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous teller or strong cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication abilities.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic computer and phone skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and at multiple branch locations.
• Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Mandatory teller training.
• Demonstrated personal financial responsibility.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

Additional Details:

• Work Environment: 100% Onsite.
• Schedule for 41st & Yale Branch: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM; Rotating Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM.
• Schedule for 103rd & Memorial Branch: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM; Rotating Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM.
• Reporting To: Department Supervisor.
