Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Normal, IL (Hybrid, work-from-home 2 days per week)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our diverse team in Normal, IL. The BCBA will provide behavior analysis services to both children and adults with developmental, behavioral, and learning disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, providing training to support staff, and monitoring the progress of clients to ensure optimal behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Behavioral Assessment and Treatment Planning:

* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to understand individual client needs.
* Develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data and client goals.

* Therapeutic Intervention and Implementation:

* Provide one-on-one or group ABA therapy sessions for children and adults, using evidence-based practices.
* Support clients in achieving personalized goals in various settings, including clinic, school, home, and community environments.

* Supervision and Training:

* Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other ABA support staff.
* Conduct training for families and caregivers to facilitate generalization of skills in the home and community.

* Documentation and Compliance:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including assessment results, intervention plans, and progress notes, in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

* Collaboration and Communication:

* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
* Provide regular progress updates to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in the client's care.

Qualifications

* Education:

* Master's Degree in a human services field required.

* Certification:

* Current BCBA certification in State of Illinois required.

* Experience:

* Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adults with developmental delays or disabilities, with a preference for experience in ABA and working with children with autism.

* Licensure and Insurance:

* Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Proof of current automobile insurance.
