We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer to join our growing organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee accounting, treasury, risk management, and financial reporting functions.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
