Job Description:

Shine Social Brand islooking for a motivated and organized Junior Communications Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to support a range of communication activities, ensuring effective and efficient messaging within the organization and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to grow professionally in the field of communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, press releases, and official announcements.

  • Help organize and manage communication projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and company events, including preparing materials and taking notes.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communication materials and documentation for reference.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and clear communication across all levels.

  • Support leadership in compiling reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

  • Handle inquiries from both internal teams and external partners in a professional manner.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
