**Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager**
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager to lead our customer reference program and manage our CRM and integrations. In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams (PR, Community, and Sales) to amplify our customers' stories across multiple channels (marketing collateral, sales references, speaking engagements). Reporting to the Customer Advocacy Marketing Lead, you'll be the strategic force behind our customer advocacy program, identifying, coordinating, and managing customer stories and testimonials.

**What You'll Do:**
- Identify and engage high-potential customer advocates.
- Develop and manage advocacy processes to generate testimonials, case studies, reference programs, and speaking opportunities.
- Facilitate customer involvement in events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Track and measure the impact of advocacy efforts on brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
**What You'll Bring:**
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in customer advocacy or reference programs.
- Proven ability to think strategically, execute campaigns, and track results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with executive presence.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, ReferenceEdge, or similar CRM and advocacy platforms.
- Sales background or experience working closely with sales teams is a plus.

*For New York City-based hires only: The compensation range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies. The final compensation awarded will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors for such locations.*
