Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across different platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the database accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital data files.
• Generate and distribute reports based on data analysis as needed.
• Respond to data inquiries from staff and management and provide necessary support.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar field.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with database management software and data entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
