Wash & Play Café Essex in Essex, MD is looking for one delivery & pick-up driver to join our 4-person strong team. We are located on 1540 County Ridge Lane. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Responsible for the timely and efficient pick-up and delivery of laundry items to and from customers. Ensure high-quality service and maintain professionalism at all times

• Pay $20 to $25 (Flexible Split Shift: 7 am to 10 am Morning--- 12 pm to 3 pm Afternoon and 6 pm to 10 pm)

Responsibilities

• Pickup and Delivery: Collect dirty laundry from assigned areas and deliver clean laundry back to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines and handle multiple pick-ups and deliveries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while driving and handling laundry.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries.
• Between Ages 22 to 60 yrs old

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle for work
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, up to 50 lbs
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality service by paying attention to details.
• Basic Tech Skills: Ability to use a smartphone or GPS for navigation
• Good Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Between Ages 22 to 60 yrs old
