Cutting edge general, cosmetic and implant dental practice in Sunnyvale has an immediate opening for a full-time Dental Guest Experience Coordinator (receptionist) with experience in the dental field.

Qualifications:

• Dental experience required.
• You are friendly, positive, and very enthusiastic.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, love to work with people and can help them feel like welcome guests.
• You understand and value high levels of customer service and the importance of treating patients like family.
• You are highly self-motivated, require little supervision, and will go above and beyond to ensure the success of your team.
• You are organized, efficient and are very detail oriented.
• You are computer savvy, a self-starter and have the ambition and drive to succeed.
• Customer service and sales experience is a plus, especially at high-end customer-focused establishments such as Nordstroms and Ritz-Carlton.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will be focused around our Guests (patients) and include meeting and greeting them upon arrival, building a trusting relationship with them, and going above and beyond to ensure each guest has an unparalleled experience in our office.
• Traditional front office duties such as answering multiple phone lines, scheduling, billing and collections, presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements are also part of this position.
