Job Overview Bissing Electric Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team. We are a small, family-oriented electrical contractor specializing in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical work. Our projects range from service calls to wiring new apartment buildings and new construction or remodels. We are also an Authorized Kohler Generator servicing dealer. Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Work independently or lead a crew of apprentices and helpers.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
- Install, maintain, and repair Kohler generators.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while adhering to company and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Participate in company training programs, including safety and technical certifications.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical industry, including residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew with apprentices and helpers.
- Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License. (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Potential for cross-training in electrical duties

Work Schedule - Full-time
- Monday to Friday, with overtime potential (Home every night)
Work Location: - Fox Valley, WI & surrounding areas (various project sites)
