Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Federal Tax Attorney with 5 to 15 years of experience advising on U.S. federal tax matters particularly in crossborder tax issues for highnetworth individuals and business entities. This role offers the opportunity to provide legal guidance on a wide range of U.S. federal business and personal tax issues working with clients ranging from multinational corporations to emerging technology companies as well as highnetworth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on U.S. federal tax matters including crossborder tax planning and compliance.
• Provide tax counsel to Fortune 500 companies privately held businesses investors and highnetworth individuals.
• Assist clients with tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions restructurings and other complex business transactions.
• Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance with federal tax regulations.
• Represent clients in tax audits disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Stay updated on federal tax law changes and assess their impact on clients tax strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience advising on U.S. federal tax matters with an emphasis on crossborder tax issues.
• JD from an accredited law school with a focus on tax law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal tax regulations for both business entities and individuals.
• Experience working with highnetworth individuals multinational corporations and business entities on taxrelated matters.
• Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple clients and projects.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
