Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with shippers and carriers, becoming a trusted partner in their freight transport needs.

- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with carriers to ensure maximum value and efficiency.

- Coordinate and manage the entire freight cycle, from initial pickup to final delivery, while providing excellent customer service along the way.

- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

- Leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach.

Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with customers and carriers to develop tailored transportation solutions that meet their unique needs.

- Utilize cutting-edge technology platforms to track shipments, analyze data, and optimize operational efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, applying this knowledge to enhance service quality and compliance.

- Generate and maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring seamless flow of information.

Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or a related industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and secure favorable rates.

- Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and technology platforms.

- Strong multitasking abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
