For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop project roadmap: plan development stages, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Define KPIs : Develop key performance indicators for various departments (game design, development, marketing, etc.) and track their achievement.

• Conduct interviews and hire employees : participate in recruiting new team members, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Work closely with game designers: collaborate closely with the game design team to develop new features and enhance gameplay.

• Analyze data and feedback from players: work with product reports, analyze player behavior and feedback to identify needs and improve the game.

• Ability to interpret data and propose targeted hypotheses for A/B testing.

Game publishing: organize and lead the process of publishing the game on Google Play, ensuring all platform requirements are met.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Deep knowledge of GameDev: understanding all aspects of game development and release, knowledge of the market, and specifics of mobile projects.

• Experience in game design: experience in creating game mechanics and understanding the process of developing game logic.

• Experience publishing games on Google Play: successful track record of releasing products on the platform and understanding the requirements and processes.

Experience as a product manager: significant experience in managing teams and projects in game development, with the ability to make decisions under limited time and resources.
