Rimtyme is looking for motivated, innovative, and dedicated Store Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful Wheel and Tire store.
• Manage all aspects of a Wheel and Tire, Lease/ Purchase store including but not limited to: Staffing, Training, Human Resources, Sales Growth, Delinquency Management, Budgeting, Product Ordering, P&L Management and Equipment Maintenance.
• Maintain a Safety First environment, ensuring the safety of all associates.
• Perform an idle inventory verification as required by the franchise.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive experience.
• Strong customer service/relations skills.
• Goal oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Assertive personality
• No fear of confrontation
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Meet state licensing requirements for all store vehicles.
• High school diploma, four-year degree preferred
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Able to understand most Management concepts
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent personal appearance.
• Drug Free

Preferred Experience

• Prior Auto Rim and Tire experience.
• Business Management experience

Physical Qualifications

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat and/or bend for extended amounts of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry at least 100 pounds.
• Must be able to push and/or pull objects up to 200 pounds
• Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Must be able to operate various hand and power tools.

BENEFITS:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
