VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area. The Physician will work directly with pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients on a multi-week program to help improve their wellness and lifestyle. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
