About The Role

As a CBRE Investment Banking Analyst, you will conduct financial analysis and research to support team initiatives. This job is part of the Investment Banking job function. They are responsible for the strategy of overall investment policy solutions, management, and coordination of trading processes.

What You'll Do

Conduct underwriting duties and prepare financial models used to evaluate structures for investment banking transactions.

  • Research and review basic real estate data and provide a value conclusion to support the entity value.
  • Gather information on companies and real estate assets and upload in to the database for tracking. Assist with creating presentations for management.
  • Interact with team members, clients, and potential investors.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Must obtain Series 79 and 63 Securities License during first three months of employment.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
