Position Overview: 

This company is seeking a Junior Technician who will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in AV systems, particularly with Savant and Lutron, who is ready to step in and learn the programming aspect of these systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, contributing to the company’s evolving processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the setup and deployment of AV systems, including basic support for Savant and Lutron systems
  • Support the team in implementing networking solutions to ensure AV systems perform reliably
  • Work under the guidance of senior technicians to assist with pre-wiring, system setup, and final deployment of projects
  • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to maintaining documentation as needed
  • Travel to job sites, primarily in Columbia, MO, and the Lake of the Ozarks area, with a company-provided vehicle
  • Participate in weekly team meetings at the Columbia office to stay informed on project goals and progress
