Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters in both federal and state court.
• Prepare highlevel executives for deposition and counseling.
• Advise key stakeholders on the effects of ongoing litigation.
• Argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitration and bench and jury trials including voir dire and witness preparation.
• Engage in postjudgment motion practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a fastpaced and collegial environment.

Experience you will need:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
• Experience with motion practice discovery disputes and trial preparation.
• Strong labor and employment experience preferred.
• Business and real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication organization collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures.
• Significant litigation knowledge.
