As a Netsuite Developer, a major part of the candidate’s role is to employ web-based and back-end database technologies to leverage and customize out-of-box NetSuite solutions. This will involve NetSuite’s API and SuiteCloud platforms, Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Databases.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web APIs to support Enterprise Systems integration

• Develop and maintain Enterprise Application Integration adapters that support business workflows, data migration and customer support systems

• Evaluate business/ functional requirements, impact on existing environments and implement solutions using SuiteCloud Developer Framework

• Develop features using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) via Development Environment, SuiteCloud IDE

  • WebServices - SOAP, REST

  • User Event & Suitelets (Server side)

  • Client Side

  • Scheduled Jobs

  • Workflow

• Change Management using ADO and GitHub

• Utilizing SuiteTalk for building an automated Test Suite

• Perform Systems Integration Management using Dell Boomi

• Handle data mapping between records in NetSuite and External Systems

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOR)

Essential

• Have strong problem-solving skills that recognize the value in automation and systems integration

• Experience in one or more of Javascript

• 5 or more years of experience with Suitescript

• Proficient with React

• Have a desire to be part of a team with a passion for learning Systems Integration through various Enterprise Systems (e.g. NetSuite, SalesForce, Boomi, Azure)

Desirable

• Experience in Dell Boomi

• Experience in WMS

• Experience in Suitebilling

Skills

• High Analytical with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines

• Must have excellent written and verbal communications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.

• A strong desire to learn, grow and teach others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

• At least 5 years relevant Netsuite experience required

• Experience working in an Agile Software Development organization

• Experience in API development and system integration is highly desirable

• Excellent knowledge of all phases of the project process with a focus on secure software development
