Key Responsibilities:
Master Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook
Understand insurance property claims (training provided)
Collaborate with our Production Team to complete jobs and service tickets
Create final invoices for insurance companies and customers
Manage mortgage checks/packets for endorsements
Follow up with insurance companies, mortgage companies, and customers
Assist with setting up new locations as needed
Process forms in Laserfiche
Manage client data in our CRM (ASM)
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-starter who can work independently and multitask
Highly organized and efficient
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
Compensation:
Weekly pay starting at $16+ per hour, based on experience
Full-time, permanent position
