Position: Operations Team Member
Responsibility & Authority
This position involves supporting the Operations Manager through business process ownership and performance on a variety of administrative tasks . The Operations Team serves as an important, task-focused team that will work within various departments to ensure business process are followed and carried out with accuracy and timeliness. Experience working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required is a must.
Responsibilities
· Participate in the customer order process to ensure orders are received, processed, and fulfilled following the company's Quality Management System.
· Work within the company's CRM to assist in keeping records up to date and report to management any requested analytics.
· Participate in customer interactions, including pre-sales and through the Customer Support Department, to ensure that each customer has an optimal LSI ownership experience.
· Assist in monitoring Accounts Receivables to ensure that accounts remain in good financial standing.
· Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation activities as needed. .
· Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and approve for payment.
· Participate in onboarding and offboarding process for company employees.
· Participate and provide leadership for special projects when requested by company management.
· Participate in the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities including general repairs, cleanliness, and renovation projects.
· Assist with the coordination of the company's marketing efforts when required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
· An associate degree in marketing, communications, business, exercise science, or exercise physiology is the minimum education requirement.
· A Bachelor's Degree in a similar field is preferred.
· At least 3 years of professional experience that demonstrates the ability to work with various departments to achieve company goals (preferably in a business with 20 - 40 employees).
· Excellent communications, both written and verbal, are required.
· Advanced know ledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
· Professional experience working with QuickBooks.
· Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods and carry at least 25 lbs.

· The Specialist must be able to work independently and within a team structure while following instructions.
· The Specialist must be able to accept feedback and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment & Hours
This position will be based at the corporate office located in Charlotte, NC and will require the employee to work daily at the office. The hours for this position are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday plus any overtime requirements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
