Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Palm Beach Gardens)
Type: Contract (6+ months, potential to convert)
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives across IT and business divisions. This role focuses on spearheading a significant digital transformation aimed at revamping processes and aligning roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, employees, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions, mitigate resistance, and embed a new culture. You will help build a roadmap for change, communicate updates, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organizational change for IT transformation initiatives, working across various teams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, targeting affected personas, systems, and employees.
  • Collaborate with marketing to communicate key changes and target the appropriate audience.
  • Monitor the impact and success of change initiatives, including tracking resistance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Work with C-suite executives and line-level employees to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira to manage project timelines, scope, and updates.
  • Develop personas and deliver change plans that align with the company's long-term cultural goals.

Top Skills Required:

  1. Technology Change Management: 2-3 years of recent experience.
  2. Prosci Certification (with knowledge in ADKAR methodology).
  3. Jira Project Experience for managing change initiatives.
  4. MS Office Suite / PowerPoint: 5+ years of experience in delivering presentations and managing data.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in change management.
  • Proven experience managing digital transformation initiatives (e.g., email migrations, platform upgrades).
  • Skilled in persona development for change processes.
  • Ability to work with C-level stakeholders (VPs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs) and provide regular status updates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and manage resistance.
