Job Description

• Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
• Obtain dining information from guests such as dietary restrictions or special occasions
• Coordinate the dining rooms seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
• Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
• Conduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channels
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
• Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
• Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to deliver exceptional service levels under pressure
• Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
