Job Description

We are hiring a PC LAN Technician 1 Temporary for one of our clients in Maricopa, AZ.

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing Microsoft Windows imaging and deployment of computers as well as other tasks associated with the deployment of new equipment.

Essential Job Tasks:

• Imaging and configuration of computers running Windows 11
• Coordinating with end users to ensure the successful deployment of computers and peripherals as well as the retrieval of previous hardware
• Maintaining software and hardware inventory
• Troubleshooting PC hardware and software
• Assisting with the setup, tear down, and movement of computing hardware within our offices
• Escalates user computing issues/problems as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support.

Experience Required:

• Three (3) years of work experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Information:

• This position is required to help facilitate the refresh of over 150 computers for County Office employees.
