Job Title: Personal & Office Assistant
We are a small, woman owned & operated corporate event planning company in Lavon, Texas. Our core competency is national sales meetings for sales teams both domestically & globally located. But we offer a variety of services including, but not limited to: program & event management, virtual events, tradeshow design, management, & execution, contract negotiation & consulting, promotional sourcing, graphic design & other creative solutions, strategic team collaboration, & incentive mailer boxes.
We work with clients like AT&T, Insomnia Cookies, Unilever, & Olly.. just to name a few! ProPlanit has been in business for 20 years and this year and we are looking for help in our office! This position has the opportunity to grow! I, myself, started in this role 8 years ago!

If you are highly organized, dependable, and love keeping things running smoothly, we’re looking for a Personal & Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in both personal and professional support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Scheduling Master: Manage schedules, appointments, & travel arrangements.
· Errand Extraordinaire: Run errands such as shopping, deliveries, and pickups.
· Organization Guru: Keep spaces tidy, clean, and well-organized, from the office to personal areas.
· Data Input Pro: Assist with entering and organizing data accurately and efficiently.
· Supply Specialist: Manage ordering and receiving supplies, ensuring we never run out of essentials.
· All-Around Helper: Provide general personal & professional support as needed to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For:
· Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive outlook and bright demeanor who enjoys making life easier for others
· No prior experience required
· 25 – 40 hours a week
o Discuss your hours with us. We are flexible.
· Weekends as needed
· Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
o Experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva is appreciated.
· Must have valid driver’s license & a reliable form of transportation
o You’ll be on the go!
Compensation:
This is an hourly paid position; compensation begins at $16/per hour.
We will provide you a computer and a company email to start.
