Job Description

Summary:

Manages the Salesforce application by validating that all data standards are followed, configuration management, key point of contact for Salesforce production issues, managing training, writing test cases and working closely with IT as needed. Responsible for troubleshooting production errors and reporting technical issues to IT. Provide statistics and data reports for management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages data standards and data integrity including all field values

·       Performs data audits, data cleaning, migration, and archiving 

·       Creates Salesforce reports to track opportunities, contacts, leads, accounts, etc.

·       New employee training on the Salesforce application

·       Creation and management of training material

·       Key point of contact for all end user issues including bugs and minor enhancements

·       Provides statistics on end user issue resolution

·       Liason to IT for all bug fixes and minor enhancements

·       Responsible for testing all bug fixes and minor enhancements which includes requirement tracking and

·       Manages all tickets entered by end users

·       Secures Salesforce database by developing policies, procedures and controls

·       Miscellaneous duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Required)

- 3 years of database management experience that includes field value management. Preference Salesforce experience (Required)

- 5 years of database management experience that includes field value management (Preferred)

- 2 years experience designing, developing, and producing reports from a database application (Required)

- 4 years of experience designing, developing, and producing reports from a database application (Preferred)

- 5 years of Experience with  database software/web applications (Required)

- 5 years of Experience managing end users (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Eye for detail and accuracy.

- Ability to understand business needs.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Up-to-date knowledge of technology.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $38.00/hour-$40.00/hour
