Overview

Join a leading clean energy innovator as a Project Management Consultant and take ownership of exciting renewable energy projects from conception to construction. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the early-stage development of solar projects, ensuring they're technically sound, financially viable, and ready for successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned solar projects, managing them through the early-stage process until construction handover

• Analyze technical and financial data to identify key variables, indicators, and trends affecting project viability

• Develop, own, and actively manage project capital budgets

• Coordinate with subject matter experts across development, permitting, and engineering

• Facilitate problem resolution and identify optimization opportunities

• Support negotiations and execution of commercial contracts

• Develop viable construction plans and schedules

• Verify constructability and ensure proper resource allocation

• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in solar project development, construction, or renewable energy management

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and financial data

• Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail

• Experience with capital budgeting and financial analysis

• Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements for energy projects

• Superior communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency with project management software and data analysis tools

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
