We’re fully remote. If you strongly value in-person work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we need employees to be based in the US. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC.
To balance out our remote-ness, we gather the team 2-4 times per year for offsites. We’ve been to Greece, Jackson Hole, Cabo, Santa Fe, and California wine country in the recent past.

Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans who realized how hard it was for highly regulated companies to collect and use customer data in a compliant way. As a Product Marketing Manager at Freshpaint, you will be a key driver in our marketing efforts, dedicated to developing and maintaining an ongoing enablement program that equips our internal teams with the tools and knowledge they need to excel. Your role will involve close collaboration with a strategic team to penetrate new verticals, while also working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will focus on creating compelling messaging and positioning, orchestrating meaningful product launches, producing impactful assets and collateral, and empowering our team to better understand and engage with our customers and the market. Your contributions will be essential in driving growth and expanding Freshpaint’s market presence.
Lead the development and continuous management of a comprehensive enablement program, providing our sales, customer success, and marketing teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles and drive growth.
Work closely with a strategic team to identify and pursue new verticals, expanding Freshpaint’s reach beyond our current ICP. You’ll develop compelling assets and messaging that resonate with new target audiences, enabling our team to effectively expand Freshpaint’s presence in new markets, contributing to overall business growth.
Assist and lead product launches that ignite market action, uncover growth opportunities, and significantly boost awareness and adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure cohesive execution.
Track the performance of enablement programs and strategic marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
3+ years of hands-on hands-on product marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with expertise in enablement, product launches, messaging and positioning, and competitive intelligence.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
You obsess over the details. Execution is a must. Moving fast is mandatory.
Prior experience at a marketing agency focused on digital growth marketing.
Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Healthcare marketing experience.
