POSITION SUMMARY:

Pazona MD is seeking a polished and reliable Professional Chauffeur to provide safe, punctual, and luxurious transportation services for our doctors and executives. This role combines driving excellence with top-tier customer service, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for high-profile clients. Responsibilities include managing local and regional travel, maintaining luxury vehicles in pristine condition, and delivering personalized support to passengers. The ideal candidate will excel in professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail while maintaining flexibility for both short and overnight trips.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely and safe transportation for staff doctors and executives to designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes based on real-time traffic updates and client preferences.
• Notify passengers of expected timelines for pickup, travel breaks, dining, and other itinerary items to ensure prompt arrival.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling luggage when necessary.
• Handle errands for passengers during extended stops or general workdays.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, fully fueled, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and general functionality of all systems
• Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing as required.
• Offer personalized service, such as adjusting climate settings, providing refreshments (gum, snacks, and drinks), or fulfilling specific client requests.
• Maintain a courteous and discreet demeanor, respecting the client's privacy and need for a quiet work environment at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses separately per passenger.
• Stay updated on local and regional traffic patterns, road closures, and alternate routes via available apps (Google/Waze).
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably as a chauffeur.
• Experience driving large luxury vehicles and limousines is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background check
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or chauffeur's license preferred.
• Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
• Exceptional driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of GPS navigation systems, maps, and local routes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Capability to lift luggage or packages up to 50 pounds when required.
• Vision and hearing adequate to ensure safe driving and communication.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on passenger needs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000
