Job Title: Project Manager

Work Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr.

Details:

• The role involves partnering with Product Owners, Program and Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and maintain program JIRA deliverables/epic/story data integrity.
  

Responsbilities :

  Manage program tracking and performance reporting.

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Build dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders and enhance project visibility

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Interpret data trends, develop/track metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to program stakeholders

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Develop custom program Tableau dashboards for financial and program deliverables data with enhanced data visualization and reporting to support senior management/stakeholders decision-making.

  
  
  
  

Must Have:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a financial services or highly regulated environment.
  
• 
  

  Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Strong experience creating dashboard and reports using Tableau.

  
  
  
  
• Strong Jira proficiency for project planning, reporting, and data analysis.
  
• Financial acumen with experience in PI planning and financial analysis.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
