System One is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for a direct hire position in Pittsburgh, PA. This position offers competitive salary and benefits and is an excellent opportunity with a successful construction company.
Qualified candidates will have a
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management with commercial and/or industrial and/or institutional construction projects, preferably in the $25 million+ range. Experience with CPM scheduling, preferably P6, BIM, and contract and document management software. Experienced with Sustainable Construction methodology with LEED credentials . Union and non union experience is a strong plus.
