Were seeking experienced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Fast Food or Fast Casual Managers to join a thriving franchise in Brooklyn NY. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders who excel in teambuilding customer service and operational excellence.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead train and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze financial metrics to boost profitability.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and labor efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and brand standards.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience in QSR fast food or fast casual dining.
• Work History: Stable employment with no more than two employers in 5 years or three in 9 years (exceptions for closures or sales).
• Skills: Strong leadership organizational and teambuilding abilities.
• ProblemSolving: Effective communication and decisionmaking skills.
• Operations Expertise: Proficiency in managing inventory budgets and financial data.
• Mindset: Creative customerfocused and communitydriven.
