About the role
Your primary responsibility will be to lead, hire, and onboard a team of Sales Development Representatives whose main goal is to generate Enterprise sales opportunities. You will inherit a small team of SDRs, and there will be opportunities to expand the team in 2025.
The SDRs primarily focus on outbound deal generation while also working a selection of inbound leads. As their leader, you will coach them on time management for these two functions. Additionally, you’ll help them explore creative ways of prospecting, manage campaigns, and attend conferences that contribute to expanding the Tremendous brand.

Facilitate skill development and career growth for SDRs within Tremendous
Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition. Work to understand our customers’ goals and challenges to guide your team in their prospecting.
Who we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a similar management role, leading a team of SDRs
4+ years of experience in a Sales org
Prior experience in a quota-based Sales role as an SDR and AE. We want our leaders to understand the nuances of the roles they are overseeing.
Proven track record of hiring and managing top talent
Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools and practices, e.g Outreach, Hubspot, Gong, etc.
Results-driven with strong time management skills

Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $180,000 - $190,000.
