We are seeking a skilled and passionate Personal Injury Attorney with significant plaintiffside experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to advocating for injured clients possess exceptional litigation skills and have a proven track record of handling personal injury cases successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
• Develop and execute effective legal strategies tailored to each case.
• Prepare pleadings motions demand letters and other legal documents.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance companies opposing counsel and other parties.
• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery depositions mediation arbitration and trial.
• Advocate for clients in court presenting cases effectively during hearings and trials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with investigators experts and paralegals to gather evidence including medical records police reports and witness statements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal ethical and procedural requirements.

Qualification

• Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensing : Active license to practice law in Insert State in good standing.
• Experience :
  • Minimum of 35 years of plaintiffside personal injury experience.
  • Proven success in achieving favorable settlements or verdicts.
• Skills :
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
  • Proficient in legal research and case law analysis.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal case management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
