We are currently seeking interested candidates for the following open positions at our leading grocery store in FuquayVarina NC location.

Key Responsibilities:

Grocery Department:

Stocking and Merchandising: Ensure shelves are fully stocked organized and visually appealing. Rotate products according to expiration dates.

Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating products and provide information on various items. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records. Report low stock levels to the manager.

Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Meat Department:

Product Preparation: Assist in cutting packaging and labeling fresh meat products according to customer specifications and store standards.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering questions about meat products offering cooking suggestions and fulfilling special orders.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the meat department including regular cleaning of equipment and work areas.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels assist with ordering and ensure proper storage of meat products.

Cafe Department:

Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of Indian snacks meals and beverages with attention to quality and presentation.

Customer Interaction: Take orders process payments and provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers in the cafe.

Maintenance: Keep the cafe area clean and organized including dining areas counters and equipment.

Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and store policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in retail food service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods lift and move products and perform repetitive tasks.

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.

For Grocery Department Must Skills:

Able to unload and load pallets from trucks

Able to use forklift

Able to handle pallet jacks with load

Able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 lbs.

Able to work in walkin freezers and coolers
