Key Responsibilities
Tax Consulting & Compliance
Deliver comprehensive, informed tax consulting and strategic planning to maximize outcomes for personal and business clients.
Ensure compliance with all tax laws and best practices, maintaining high standards across the firm.
Business Development & Client Relationships
Build and nurture strategic alliances with referral partners to drive revenue growth.
Lead the firm's proactive, high-touch approach to partner and client relationship management.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members to build and retain a high-performing workforce.
Develop and document operational systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Growth & Profitability
Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability to support long-term success.
Actively participate in setting and executing the strategic direction of the firm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
CPA, EA, or equivalent with at least 9 years of relevant tax experience.
Expertise in personal and business tax compliance.
