Job Title: UKG Consultant (HR modules)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of performance management, including tracking employee performance and addressing any issues.
• Oversee the open enrollment process to ensure employees receive necessary information and support they need.
• Oversee Core HR functions to ensure a smooth and functional HR operation within the organization.
• Develop, need and modify recruitment process and strategy to attract right talents.
• Supervise the onboarding process, introducing new hires to the company environment, company policies and their job responsibilities.
• Create or update BI reports according to company's requirement is a plus but not primarily essential.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HR specialist in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of UKG and its functionalities.
• Exceptional understanding of HR practices and laws.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in the use of HR-related software systems.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
