Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer to lead our global compliance efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our comprehensive compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the organization on compliance matters.
Regulatory Expertise: Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices.
Compliance Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings and reporting.
Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing compliance team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior management, legal, finance, and other functional areas.
Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance breaches and implement corrective actions.
Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
Crisis Management: Respond effectively to compliance-related crises and issues.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school.
Admission to the bar in one or more U.S. states.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
