What You'll Do
As an Inside Customer Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring customers' success and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with customers globally via email, Zoom, social media, and chat to nurture strong relationships and promote product usage.
Managing accounts through the subscription renewal process, overcoming objections, solving challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on how to maximize the value of the company's offerings and achieve their goals.
Collaborating with leadership to provide feedback that enhances processes, streamlines repetitive tasks, and improves the customer experience.
Meeting renewal and expansion targets consistently while fostering long-term customer success.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings energy, experience, and a passion for helping customers. Key qualifications include:
At least one (1) year of experience in sales or school administration, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment (bonus points for startup or SaaS experience).
A consultative approach with a problem-solving mindset to uncover customer needs and recommend solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain benefits persuasively.
Curiosity and a drive to continuously learn and add value.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
What You'll Bring
A winning mindset and enthusiasm for working in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a minimum of one (1) year of success in a similar role (two years preferred).
Familiarity with K-12 education purchasing processes and decision-making stakeholders is a must.
Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and virtual communication platforms.
A relevant college degree and preference for candidates in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.
