Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$20 per hour

What’s a typical day as an Intern? You’ll be:

• Evaluating production and processes to initiate corrective action to meet current plant goals, reporting to the production supervisor.

• Troubleshooting complex/critical processes or equipment and providing technical leadership and training to resolve those issues.

• Developing process methods and controls to meet quality standards while effectively communicating with supervisors and operators on procedures or corrective actions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (must have).

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Are available for day shift hours and can commit to approximately 4 weeks of internship.
