Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing top talent to onboarding successful candidates.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and passion for building teams that drives business success. Utilizes advanced sourcing & recruiting talent from various platforms including Job boards, networking events etc.  Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and carries out the recruiting, screening, interviewing  of applicants for all positions in the organization.
  • Discusses and coordinates staffing needs with the department managers.
  • Oversees the ATS system to ensure it is being utilized to its full potential
  • Serves as a customer service representative of the organization when recruiting and interviewing an applicant.  Provides applicant with information about the organization and job opportunities.
  • Conducts salary negotiations and the employment offer

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Two or more years experience with full-cycle recruitment required

  • Able to learn quickly and work with little supervision
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal & oral communication skills
  • Skilled in conflict management and resolution
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional languages preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
