Job Description

• Draft highquality comprehensive factintensive pleadings discovery demands and communications
• Review work product and guide junior attorneys on tasks involving consumer class actions and mass arbitrations
• Develop case theory and offer substantive input on litigation strategies
• Manage a voluminous caseload of arbitrations acting as the engine moving the actions forward and taking ownership of outcomes
• Represent clients in arbitrations mediations and in court including oral arguments hearings and trials
• Work independently to press cases as well as ability to work as part of a team when necessary
  
  

• 4 years experience in plaintiffs side mass arbitration or consumer litigation
• Law Degree from US Law School and Admitted to any state bar
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical research and writing skills; exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience participating in the arbitration process and/or making court appearances including trials motions and hearings.
• Experience with data breach cases or in the highvolume arbitration space is preferred but not required.
• Law Review Federal Court clerkship or similar other writing experience is a plus
